Perhaps at no other time of our lives are we more aware of our own mortality. Thoughts of our mortality naturally leads to a spiritual quest. This may be a short or long quest depending on your degree of spiritual well being to begin with. What really matters, though, is that you address your spirituality and take the steps YOU need. A little at a time is fine.

5. Accept what you cannot change and remember about Hope

6. Peace is your goal. Happiness is great, but fleeting. Peace stays in yoru heart no matter what.

7. Laugh!! Humor is healthy and contagious

8. Love and Be Loved

9. Decide if you believe in a Higher Power or not

10. Balance, Balance, Balance
